No-more-ms-nice-girl

In Sweden we have this institute for money loan called CSN. I wanted to return some of the borrowed money from CSN, and paid them right back. I thought CSN would be happy, but they proved me wrong. Now 1,5 month later they sent me a letter and wrote to me that they cannot accept this as a payback loan because I gave them the money a couple of weeks earlier than I should, according to a rule they have to follow. And the CSN have instead register that my money loan for this study period is used up. It means I cannot get these weeks back unless I fill in a paper for a new moneyloan.

I wish that the person who came up with this complicated rule could fill in the empty space above her/his neck with some do-not-waste-customers-time-anymore.

In that way they can give back the money to me so I can pay them back for a second time so that the CSN can re-register the sum I borrowed several weeks ago. Stupied. Stupied. Stupied. This type of idioticnes brings out the bad girl in me. I don´t want to be nice anymore.
