Appartment for rent

-Lessons 2B taught

As a landlord you should always ask if the person who wants to live in your apartment has a girlfriend/boyfriend because they would like to have a sparekey long after they signed the contract.

Today was a terrible day. Every time this girl need something from me she calls her mother who calls me. They don´t seem to take any notice of the contract or my rules. The agreement was one key to my apartment. No complaints when the contract was signed.

Six days ago, the girl lost two keys to two different doors. According to her mother, her daughter, for some reason, droped my keys in the garbage on the McDonalds without noticing it.

I was forced two change the locker on my door, but now they demand two keys to my apartment. Why? So that the boyfriend can come and go as he please if you know what I mean.

Anyway, when the janitor left 4 keys in the girls hand she saw her opportunity to get a sparekey to her boyfriend. I said no to the girl and that she must leave all the keys except one to my mother. For some reason the girl kept two keys and refused to pay attention to my wish. When I found out what happened I got so furious my whole body was shaking, I called the girl at once. She said I told her to keep two keys. -What? Why would I do that? From the day one I told her: One person, one key. That was the agreement. How many times do I need to tell her that?

She got angry and sad with me and put the blame on me because I remind her of her biologicall father who, according to the girls mother was a bastard and broke his daughers heart. Well thank you very much, you ungrateful little girl! Now I´m even more furious becuase I said no to so many people and choose you because I believed you are a kind person.

In the future I will never ever put myself in that position again. Renting my appartmant to a very young person like you. You drain me too much on my energy and time.
